Next Power's HPFC 800 power unit offers ultra-high power density, power factor correction and high efficiency to meet the requirements of modern telecommunication systems.
Active current sharing allows multiple units to be paralleled for higher current capability and redundant operation.

Providing tightly regulated DC power, the HPFC 800 delivers 800 W output power with minimal forced air cooling, exept for model HPFC 800-001 which does not required forced air cooling. The HPFC 800 power unit is based on a new patented principles in power conversion. Unlike other PFC power supplies, Next Power's HPFC 800 delivers up to 97 % efficiency and PF of 0.99 at full load across the operating temperature range of 0 to 50 °C.
The HPFC 800 offers exceptional noise and EMI performance, high reliability, and is overload and short circuit protected. This unit is covered under three U.S. Patent.
