MBS-1500 is a high performance uninterruptible -48 V DC power source designed to protect telecommunications, IT and industrial equipment from power line sags and surges. The MBS-1500 isolates equipment from utility line failures which could result in the loss or corruption of valuable data.
The compact, fully self contained system reduces installation and maintenance time, which is a big plus in the overall cost of ownership.

MBS-1500 has an internal battery that is maintained in a charged condition and serves to isolate equipment from surges and the EMI/RFI noise from the AC line.
At nominal load up to 100 W, the MBS-1500 provides backup power for approximately 3 hours.
The battery backup system provides two levels of the warning about external and internal alarm events.
Locally the MBS-1500 can be managed from an integrated LCD display, LED, Control button.
Remotely, an unlimited number of MBS-1500s' can be managed via an SNMP based Network Management System that also manages other network equipment. Through the NMS, an operator can monitor and log - line sags, surges and drop outs, plus fluctuations in load and temperature.
MBS-1500 with a height of 134 mm, is mountable in any 19"or 23" standard cabinet.
